Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-25

These terms apply to your use of https://bedsidebench.com, operated by BedsideBench ("we"), an independent publication based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Adults only

The site is for people who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. If you're not, please leave. The site contains no explicit imagery, but its subject matter is adult.

2. Information only, not medical advice

Our guides are general consumer information compiled from manufacturer specifications and public sources. They aren't medical, legal or professional advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions. Talk to a clinician about pain, irritation, allergies, pregnancy or any health condition.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate and cite our sources. Specifications, prices and availability change, and manufacturers can be wrong. Confirm details with the retailer before you buy. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Some links are affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, products, shipping, returns or warranties.

5. What we don't allow

You may not use the site to harass anyone, to post or request content involving minors, or to advertise or solicit sexual services. You also may not scrape it in a way that harms its operation.

6. Intellectual property

The text and design of BedsideBench belong to us. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. You may quote short excerpts with a link back.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, and they don't affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: see the contact page.
